Provide dataWe ask you to submit some information about yourself and your household: photos of your ID document, family information, income status, members of your household, reasons why you need help and the documents that prove your circumstances. ChecksAfter you submit your information, we will perform an identity and eligibility check within two working days. If we approve your user account, you will be notified via email and phone.

Create a requestYou are able to log back into the platform and make your donation request, creating a wishlist of required care packages within your calculated budget. You can submit a new request every 31 days, but only twice per year. The values of the packages are limited due to current tax legislation.

Wait for donationsAfter you have published your request, donors are able to donate for the purchase of your package(s). Your request will be closed if all your packages are funded or if you close the request manually.
