Helping an elderly lady to renovate her home

The floods have caused enormous damage to people, which will be difficult to rehabilitate themselves, especially socially endangered individuals and families who, even before this event, did not have many resources for their survival and the survival of their children, but now they are dealing with even greater hardship. The floods destroyed what they still had - their homes.

On the initiative of a volunteer who responded to help flood victims in Snebarje, we are opening a project to collect funds for an elderly lady whose apartment was flooded.

"I met Mrs. D., who lives there. I already collected a lot of furniture and money for her through the Internet and Facebook. I also collected people to help, so that we acted quickly so that the damage did not spread further. I saw that I moved quite a few people with my action. Journalists came, politicians helped... but not enough.... I can't help everyone, but the opportunity to change one person's life for the better is enough.
Among other things, the stove in her house flooded, but it no longer ignites. He has to think about the entire replacement of the heating system, which, according to the first estimates, will cost around 6,000 euros. We learned that he has the opportunity to apply for a subsidy because he is going for more modern heating. We have already collected some money, but not enough.

Now I am turning to you, dear donors, with a request to help raise enough funds so that we can buy the lady a stove and other life-important things that she lost overnight."
