As the Delavska hranilnica said, "work is in our DNA. That is why we find it particularly worrying that the number of families in Slovenia who, despite being employed, are struggling to get through the month, is growing. We want to help these families, so together with our employees, we decided to collect and provide help to bring them a little bit of festive joy."
As Truhoma's long-standing partner, Delavska hranilnica launched a project to raise funds to buy Christmas presents for children and other essential necessities that families need.
"Our partner in the project is Truhoma, founded by Ana Lukner Roljić, founder of Ana's Little Star, with whom we share the value of transparency."
With the #WeWantFamiliesToHelp project we collected donations for 20 families from all over Slovenia from Truhoma's database. The funds raised were used to purchase various gift cards for clothes, shoes, cosmetics, sports and art accessories, as well as gift cards for grocery stores.
Below are the receipts of all payments to prove 100% transparency and 100% donations. We also included photos and statements from the recipients we were able to receive.
