Basic Need Support: Hygiene and Food

Community Solutions is a non-profit agency that provides services and support to help children, families, and individuals overcome the challenges posed by mental health issues, substance abuse, trauma, severe family dysfunction, sexual and domestic violence, and human trafficking.

Their mission is to create opportunities for positive change by promoting and supporting the full potential of individuals, the strengths of families, and the well-being of our community.

Traditional Adult Outpatient services at Community Solutions in Santa Clara County offer a comprehensive and compassionate approach to mental health care for adults. These services are designed to provide support and treatment for individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns. 

Community Solutions is committed to promoting wellness and recovery by offering evidence-based therapies, individual counseling, group therapy, and psychiatric medication management. Their dedicated team of mental health professionals takes a person-centered approach, tailoring treatment plans to meet each individual's unique needs and goals. With a focus on fostering empowerment, resilience, and community integration, Community Solutions strives to create a safe and supportive environment where adults can embark on their journey toward healing and well-being. 

Through this project, we will provide ten clients with customized packages containing essential hygiene and other basic needs items of their choice.
